I'm not trying to be picky here, I just want to make sure I understand
what you really want to do. There is a big difference between
downloading a program and installing it.

Do you really want to install and use the program on your Vista
computer, or just download the file for some other reason?

Hi Julia--

Do you mean the Photo Editor that is one of the Office XP Tools? I'm not
aware of an "image uploader" in Office XP or any other Office.

What happened to Photo Editor?

I'm confused about what program you want from Office if it is Office. Is it
one of the Tools? You can certainly load the Office XP tools onto Vista,
and with some exceptions as to passwords in Outlook, Office 2000 and it's
components/programs work on Vista.

With Office 2003 they introducted Picture Manager. Word 2002, a program in
Office XP has a Picture toolbar, and Office XP Tools has Photo Editor. You
can install the Office XP Tools onto Vista and even add them if you have
another newer version of Office.

If I could understand what you are specifically after Julia, I'd be glad to
find it for you. I know there are a number of Windows Live Beta products,
but you don't seem to be referring to them.
