Default KMS 25 Workstation

I have a LAB with WDS Server and two Vista workstations. Is this a problem
for KMS, because KMS will only work with more then 25 workstations?

Yes, it is a problem. The KMS server will not "activate" until it has
reached a count of 25 within a 30 day period.

I had 3 machines that were rebuilt every few hours over a couple of day
period so I was able to reach my 25 very easily. Until 25 is reached you
will notice that none of the machines actually activate, they all get an
activation error. But if you check the activation count on the KMS server
you will see it increment for each unique attempt.
