Japanese to English version conversion

Hi,

I need the procedure for converting the Japanese original OS to English
OS,using Original japanese OS cd key and to register.

Purchase and install the English language version of Vista. You will likely
have to format the drive to remove all remnants of the other language or it
*may* come back at you in a few months to haunt you.

The only other way would be to purchase an English version of Vista
and perform a clean installation.
