It's hard to advise you without more information. Can you give us
more details, like error messages and what you were doing when you
got the errors?

Sorry,

A little vague. I can get non-microsoft software to install. The biggest
issue is Activesynch 4.5 to install. That is what got all this started. I
have been trying to install .net 3 to install and this is the error log.

"[06/12/07,20:20:44] MSXML 6.0 Parser [x64]: [2] Error: Installation failed
for component MSXML 6.0 Parser [x64]. MSI returned error code 1603
[06/12/07,20:20:58] WapUI: [2] DepCheck indicates MSXML 6.0 Parser [x64] is
not installed.
[06/12/07,20:20:59] WapUI: [2] DepCheck indicates Microsoft .NET Framework
3.0 was not attempted to be installed.
[06/12/07,22:08:28] MSXML 6.0 Parser [x64]: [2] Error: Installation failed
for component MSXML 6.0 Parser [x64]. MSI returned error code 1603
[06/12/07,22:08:39] WapUI: [2] DepCheck indicates MSXML 6.0 Parser [x64] is
not installed.
[06/12/07,22:08:40] WapUI: [2] DepCheck indicates Microsoft .NET Framework
3.0 was not attempted to be installed."

I have been running reg cleaners thinking that was the issue. Odd...Any
non-microsoft product, no problem, microsoft product...issue. This has been
a good learning experience, though.

Thank you
