I M TRYING TO INSTALL BROTHER MFC 9420CN AFTER I ECCEPT THE TERMS AND
HIT OK I GET A MASSAGE (INSTALSHIELD STOP WORKING AND WINDOW NEEDS TO
SHUT DOWN) HOW CAN I FIX THIS?
