Default IIS Install on Vista Home Premium

I am attempting to install IIS 7 on Vista Home Premium box. My ultimate goal
is to get SQL (2005) reporting services working on this box for development.
As far as I can tell from what I read, FTP should be included in the features
to install with Vista Home Premium. It is not listed.
(http://www.iis.net/default.aspx?tabi...tabid=25&i=957) I don't have that
option. I believe I need it for SQL as Reporting Services does not install.
The selection is 'Gray'ed out. I have talked to several SQL Newsgroups and
everything I find deems to point back to IIS. Please help !
