I REINSTAL WINDOWS VISTA ON MY LAPTOP AND NOW MY DISPLAY IS MESSED UP I CANT
GET THE WHOLE SCREEN MY WINDOWS IS NOW LIKE IN THE MIDDLE AND IT GOTS BLACK
SPACES ON THE SIDE CAN SOME ONE HELP ME PLEASE

Go to the laptop manufacturer website and download the graphics drivers for
your model..

where did you learn english? I understand what your setting. Change your
actuall monitor settings(If your using a laptop this wont work. The laptop
controls it)
