onetimeonlyposter is an unknown quantity at this point
Default How to apply updates selectively in Windows Update?

In Vista, as it was possible in XP, is it possible to select, in Windows
Update, only a selection of patches?
I have tried to untick the ones I dont want but they keep coming back?

Any ideas?
