Default Disabling or uninstalling Windows Easy Transfer tool

Hi,

I had originaly decided to use the Windows Easy Transfer tool to transfer
some files from another hard disk under Vista. I then decided to cancel the
process. Now I get a message saying that the file migwiz.exe is slowing down
Vista when starting up. So i go under Windows Defender to look for that file
to disable it but it is not listed. I also noticed it's slowing down my
Windows XP when booting up. I have a dual-boot on my machine.

How can I disable migwiz.exe and keep it from slowing down my boot-up?
