As Colin has already told you, it sounds like you need to restore your
laptop to the factory condition - probably wiping out all data on it in the
process. How that will happen varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and
sometimes even between models from the same manufacturer. your laptop
owners' manual should tell you how to recover the system, or their Web site
should, or a call to customer support should yield results.
