Anytime Upgrade to 64-bit

I originally installed Vista Home Premium 32-bit version as an upgrade to XP
Pro SP2. Later, I chose to use Anytime Upgrade to move to Vista Ultimate.

Now that things are settled (I suppose I needed more of a challenge,) I want
to move to 64-bit version to make better use of the processors as the
multimedia programs are finally moving in that direction.

I ordered the 64-bit version of Vista Home Premium which is allowed for a
very small fee which will replace my original upgrade.

Can I also upgrade my Anytime Upgrade license to 64-bit?

No. You would need to perform a "clean install"
of the 64-bit version of Windows Vista.

I understand I would have to do a "clean install" for the
64-bit upgrade.

Just wondering if there is a method to upgrade my prior
purchase of a Windows Anytime Upgrade (Premium to
Ultimate) from 32-bit to 64-bit without purchasing the
whole thing again. (Similar to getting the Alternate Media
for the original Home Premium disk.)
