Default which pci card?

i'd like to install a video out card in my pc that provides
composite output from a pci slot and windows xp sp2 using a
media player full screen to play movies.

i've done a lot of searches on the web and can't find a
simple tv-out board that is not geared to hdtv. is there a
composite ntsc tv-out card available. not looking for
s-video out.

You don't need anything new for TV out.
