Default Tyan Tomcat n3400B (S2925-E) with AMD Phenom II 955

Hello everyone,

does anybody run the following components together successfully?

- Tyan Tomcat n3400B (S2925/S2925-E), AM2

- AMD Phenom II 955 (Socket AM3, but should be compatible to the
sockets AM2+ and AM2)

- 4 x Kingston ValueRAM DIMM 2 GB ECC Non-Registered DDR2-800

Especially, the question whether this CPU is supported by the
mainboard is the focus of my interest.

Thank you very much in advance!

Best regards,
Steffen

I can´t say if a Phenom II 955 works but know that a 945 95W works. So I guess a 955 is going to work too but I´m not sure.

I asked Tyan support on that. They said 2925-E supports Phenom II 945 95W model but s2925 doesn't.
