Default pci-e x8 riser card for Areca ARC-1231ML?

Does anyone know what riser card would work with this card?:

Would using a riser card diminish the performance?

I'd need an "a side" card that was at least 1.5" high and no higher
than 2.5" (flexible or better yet.. rigid)..

Any thoughts?

I'm leaning towards the riser here (not active riser):

The PEXP8-RX2A one.
