Default Maxtor MaxBlast 5 - Need help!

I recently installed MaxBlast 5 and cannot use the "clone disk"
function to copy the contents of my internal D: drive to my external
H: drive. I might add that my D: drive is a RAID1 array. I can copy
the contents from C: drive to my H: drive and that in this situation
C: is a standalone drive and not a RAID. Has anyone else had this
problem with MaxBlast 5 when dealing with an RAID setup? Have you
found any workarounds yet? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Since Seagate acquired Maxtor, the customer service has been
terrible! They were absolutely no help at all with this problem.
