I have a home computer with two 300gB HDD's set up as a RAID 0 / striped
configuration. I set it up that way as an experiment when I built the system
6 months ago. I kind of forgot that it was an experiment and left it as
RAID 0 and gradually more programs and data were installed / added.
I would now like to un-stripe this RAID 0 setup and I was wondering if it is
possible to "ghost" the current setup onto a single drive that is big enough
to hold everything ... avoiding the need to reinstall the OS and all
programs ?

Since the RAID basically apperas as one disk to the filesystem, sure,
you can ''ghost'' it.
Does anyone know if it is likely Ghost 7.5 will work with a striped SATA
RAID 0 set that is read from its motherboard which uses an on-board Silicon
Image RAID chip? The goal is to de-stripe the SATA RAID 0 pair, using
Ghost, and move everything to a single HDD, which will probably be connected
to one of the motherboard's un-used IDE ribbon cables. Thanks !
