Tape Library Utility

Is there a generic scsi tool to allow one to force upgrade the firmware
of a scsi tape library?

It is a Quantum OEM Library rebadged by Dell and I am trying to load the
newer quantum firmware as oppesed to the older Dell provided fw.

You can try SCSI Utility for Windows, but it's firmware upgrade capabilities
are very generic, not vendor specific.
