Default SATA to SCSI converter

I was searching around online and found some converters that convert SATA
drives to use on SCSI Controller. It says SATA to SCSI U160... I was
wondering if anyone had used these.. they are around 100.00 and plug into
the back of the sata drive then you attach your scsi cable... This seems
like a good way to get cheap drives on the scsi controller.

Yep, alot cheaper than that expensive Sata controller for 20.00 that will give you access to all the sata features that the SCSI
convertor won't.

What's wrong with the $20 SATA PCI adapter?

Eric, i think that Folkert was pointing out that $100.00 was a leetle more
than $20.00 in a kindly humorous way

How many controllers do you have/plan on using then Todd?

Folkert is a humourless droid. I posted my message before seeing his.
