Default Installing WXP 64 bit on a SCSI Hard Drive And An Adaptec 39320A Adapter

I wil be upgrading to xp 64 from xp pro 32, clean install of course,
and I have an Adaptec 39320A and a Seagate ST 336607LW drive. I will
be using an NEC 3550A DVD-RW player and a Asus P5E WS PRO motherboard.
Will I be able to do the install of xp 64 given this scsi card and
drive? I know xp 64 is finicky about hardware, and I am under the
assumption that I can put 64 bit drivers for the Adaptec card on a
floppy, and there will be an opportunity to install them before the OS
install takes place, similar to xp pro 32. Thanks for any help.

I did a 64bit install in Ubuntu with an Adaptec 29160 and Seagate
ST173404LC and assorted bits on it.
I didn't have to mess with floppies or drivers at all - it just worked.
(I have never used my floppy drive).

As XP-64 runs the Win 2003 server kernel, it supports most SCSI hardware of the day.
