Default Fibre Channel to SCSI Bridge

I have a Crossroads SA40 that has recently given up the ghost.
Crossroads wants more money to fix this model then it would cost me to
buy one of the SA20's. Is there a decent piece of hardware out there
that will let me take an old server that doesn't have to ability to
connect to a modern SAN through the SCSI controller? The old systems
aren't worth upgrading just to be able to get the data off.

Thanks

Dan
