Default Best Raid 1 Controller

I am in the process of picking out a Raid Controller for allot of
machine at work.
I have used the Promise TX2300. They are moody cards. They work on
some machines and not on others
and the machines are identical. I need one that works and has good
instructions and works all the time. The documentation for the Promise
card is useless.

I need SATA and PCI. Not PCI-X or IDE.

Thanks Much
