Nikon Scan Software 3.1.2 ??

Where can I get or download the Nikon Scan Software 3.1.2, which I need
for my LS40 and Windiws XP.

You can get it on the Nikon web site. Trust me, it is there. However,
3.1.2 is not what you want .... you want 4.02 (which you have to get by
first installing 4.0 and then upgrading 4.0 to 4.02 ... both 4.0 and the
upgrade are also on the nikon web site).
