I've been trying to figure this out for a couple hours already so
thought I'd just post.
I already looked at the Epson Scan manual and found information about
the adding pages but but for the life of me, I can't seem to get Epson
Scan utility to bring up the dialog box asking me to add pages to an
existing document even with the manual (must not be the right
version). I have Windows XP and started with Epson Scan v2.65 and
backed down to 2.50 but still nothing. Tried Home mode and
Professional mode and still nothing. I have an Epson Perfection 4180.
It sounds like you are trying to add pages to a .pdf created in a previous
session or by someone else. I don't know that EpsonScan can do this. I
think you may have to create a new separate .pdf, then later open both .pdfs
in a .pdf program that allows you to edit .pdfs (i.e not just a .pdf reader)
and then cut and paste pages into one of the files.
