Google is developing an operating system (OS) for personal computers, in a direct challenge to market leader Microsoft and its Windows system.

Why we need to chill about ChromeOS

Thats why I don't use Google Mail... anything important I just don't use Google, they are just as bad as Firefox and Phorm.

The privacy implications are, of course, horrendous. And while Google will inevitably dismiss such concerns as paranoid

They aren't going to say otherwise are they? They are up to something and it's not starting a Software business.

That's for sure! I wonder if there is any non-evil big company? Perhaps HP or Dell?

I don't know about MS but Google will have a full time job keeping up with Linux.

Everybody's at it these days poking their noses in to see what we're all up to, watching our browsing and wanting to know our business and selling our details for a tidy sum in the process.

Will it end up looking like a patchwork quilt?

How is firefox bad? Lol...so much better than ie and chrome, and safari is like a *** version of firefox

That story is slightly ridiculous also. It is so very one-sided, just like any other persuasion story. The truth is that google puts out a lot of services and they are obviously doing well so why quit doing what they are? It only makes sense that they will continue to grow, and if you are worried about security endangerments they are and always will be everywhere

In my opinion, I think that this google OS will not beat microsoft in the market because people in all over the world are get used to windows OS systems and nobody cares about a new OS that is luanched from a company that had and still has a search engine while there is a world biggist software developers like microsoft. also, microsoft softwares and another products are not soo expensive.

i know i am telling alot of advantages on microsoft but for me and as i said ( in my opinion ) .

Yes of course I also know about this information which you have given. Google launches Google Chrome operating system. I think now Google is improving with good features. This is good information for all Google fans. I also want to use this operating system. Let us see what will happen next.
