Where to look for reviews

I'm looking to purchase a laser B&W printer for a small business
around 30-40 ppm. Are there any good websites I should look
at for reviews?

Here's one that's fairly comprehensive:

Note that it has sections on both editorial reviews and user reviews.

Nice, William, but Jesus X, what a user-hostile web site: no search.
Worse, you gotta plow and plow and plow through those "guess-what's
behind this window" lists. And the reviews are just links to real sites
that are usually searchable.
