TSC Label printer and True Type Fonts problem

I'am using TSC TTP-243 label printer and have a problem when use DLL
function windowsfont.
If the string that I print is longer than 33-34 characters, printer
prints 33-34 characters and than continue to print black rectangle.
Does anybody knows where is the problem.
