Default Transfering a printer with a CFS attached

Just got a CFS system for my Epson 880.

I need to bring it to another location now.

What should be dissambled in order for transport since the cartridges are
inside the printer with the tubing attached to the external ink bottles.

Bad idea to move?
Can it be moved?

How?

Tia

Default Re: Transfering a printer with a CFS attached

I would suggest moving the whole unit, with the cartridges installed,
the tubes attached and the ink bottles attached. Make sure the ink
bottle remain upright, seal the bottle air vents with some good tape,
and use some type of blunt crimp/clamp to seal off each tube so the ink
cannot flow. Remove the clamps as soon as possible, and then, if
possible soak the area where the clamping was done in a bowl of warm
water to allow the tubing to expand back to normal diameter and shape.
