The Epson phone rep offered me a "deal" from Epson.
Just go to www.epson.com/loyalty and puch in the passcode
she gave me.
Eventually I got through the maze and got to "loyalty". What a joke!
I thought it might be discount inks as a reward for the hundreds of
dollars I spent with Epson products. Nope. Just a few measly
pitifully small discounts on a few items. Not worth the effort.
Do their executives ever look at what thwey put out there?
Maybe that's the loyalty site for people who are more loyal to 3rd party
chinese inks than Epson OEM product ;-)
Keep in mind that Epson makes its money on the inks (and papers) not the
printers.

At the Epson "loyalty site" they offered:
an $88 Stylus Printer for $80,a $130 Scanner for $115 and under accessories
a Belkin USB cable $9.95 for $6.95.
No discount for any inks or paper to their loyal customers. None at all.
How much loyalty should I be giving to Epson?

That's because their real loyal customers buy those things for list
price at the local stationary store. ;-)
