After reading the Canon manual I have done just that with my IP4000.
Can you tell me how to do it please?
Start - Settings -- Printer
Then use all of the tabs to choose the setting you desire and then go to the profiles tabs and give the settings a name and choose save profiles.
When you are ready to print then go to properties and double on the saved profile or select your profile and double click on the button that says retreive profiles.
So far as I know you can't save several custom sizes in the driver but you
should be able to save one, is that so? What you can do is to have several
installations of the same physical printer. In the case of the ip4200 I don't
know which method will work but one of them should.
Method 1
Rename your printer to something (like Standard)
Insert the Printer CD and just follow the instructions, at some stage it may
ask if you are installing a new printer, if so then say yes and give that
printer a unique name (like custom1). If it does not ask for a new name it
should install it with the name that your first installation had. When
installed you should now have two versions of the printer available and set
each one to whatever custom size you need. You should be able to repeat this
process.
Method 2
If method 1 does not work, use add new printer (after renaming the original
printer) and do the same as method 1.
Godd luck, please let us know how you get on.

I placed a request out on one of the Foxpro developer forums, and got
the answer to the custom paper size problem. Apparently, in XP, paper
sizes are defined in what are called "forms", which are independent
from the printer drivers.
