Default qs on HP lasetJet 4L and HP Oficejet 6110

In HP Oficejet 6110, if I don't use it, would the cartridge ink gets
dry? What about in HP lasetJet 4L.

Never turn it off. Most of the lasers will spin the drum from time to
time so it should not be a big problem. I do assume you do print once
every couple of months.
