Hey all,
I recently encountered a problem with my machine that I have yet to
resolve. The situation is as follows. I have my machine at work setup
for a network printer, an HP Laserjet 2015n. When I try and print from
the web, the majority of the page is garbled text. This is just on my
computer and nobody else experiences this issue. I have tried
reinstalling internet explorer and firefox but that didn't do
anything. I even tried reinstalling the drivers for said printer on
the print server itself and that did not work. During a recent windows
update, my ie got updated to ie7, but I downgraded back down to 6 due
to network policies. I mention this because I read somewhere that ie7
makes some changes that when you downgrade back down have to be reset.
I made the reset and it still did nothing. Thats all the info I have
on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
