I need your Epson cleaning manual for a CX3810. I have sent emails to both
your mvps.org and your yahoo.com addresses but I have not received any
response. In fact, my emails have been bounced from the mvps address. Can
you send it to
I had a copy and I will send it to you.

Although I realize (or at least hope) that you are trying to be helpful
here, my copyright notice at the beginning of the manual indicates that
you are not to forward or publish my manual, and I would appreciate if
you would honor that request.
I ask this so that I can keep track of the number of people making
requests, which printers are causing which issues, and so I can enter
into any necessary dialog with the individual.
I was under the impression that the bouncing emails was resolved, and I
will need to take this up (again) with my ISP once I find out exactly
what the problem is.
I do know the mvps(dot)org domain is doing a service upgrade, although
they weren't supposed to be down for long and that may explain what
happened there. I have not been frequenting the yahoo address recently
because it was meant to be a temporary fix during my recent past
problems with bouncing.

Sorry Arthur.
I did not get a chance to send it yet and I will follow the agreement.

I replied to your request for information about my original email but that
was also bounced. I have sent the same information from two email addresses
other than my primary address. Let me know if either of these gets through.

We would be a lot better off if you just ignored his idiotic replies, your
just adding fuel to his fire.
I'm going to contact you in private mail about using another address. I
did not get the bounced emails. I really thought this situation had
been resolved. GGRRRRRR!
