New toner but no output

Just changed the toner in my HP2300 as it had all-but run out with a brand
new genuine HP cartridge- now nothing on the paper- not a jot!

Is there a pull off tape or something to prepare the new cartridge for use?

*DOH* found the rip-cord!! Working lovely now.

Silly me. Tim..

I can't speak for this specific one, but many HP cartridges do indeed
require a pull off tape. It usually has a yellow tag on it.
