My Canon i850 started printing horizontal white stripes, at regular
intervals. This happens with the color inks. I tried cleaning the head,
resetting the printer, resetting the computer, printing from another PC. It
seems like a printer issue. I had used 7 or 8 sets of generic ink
cartridges. I wonder what may have happened. Thanks for any help.

You need to change bait. That ol' pilchard is starting to _smell_ stale.

.... If capitation is a head tax, why isn't decapitation a tax cut?

Thanks Nicolaas. I can read between the lines, but not very well. Is bait,
the printer? the printhead? the ink? I figured out stale, meaning old.
What about ol'pilchard? Is that the USB cable? The neurons in my skull?
