Default Lexmark X-125 and Word - Will only print if I select "document properties" in options

My Lexmark X-125 will only print a Microsoft Word document if I select
"Document Properties" under Print - Options. This causes it to print
an extra sheet after it prints my document. If I don't select
"document properties" it will print a blank sheet.

I feel like it must be something set wrong in properties or options
because it has been working OKuntil now..

I removed and re-installed the printer and I removed and re-installed
Word but the problem persists.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,

I have a suggestion. Since you have already re-installed the drivers
we know it probably is not in the driver/properties itself. We then
would look at the printer settings on the control panel. I know some
of the new printers have an option for a "Separator Page." which is
built for separating different or larger print jobs. Now if this
printer has that option that is probably where the blank page is
coming from.

Hopefully that works out for you.

Problem is solved. In control panel - properties - advanced - print
processor, there was a selection of 3 processors, Modiprint, LMprint
and Winprint. LM print was selected. I changed to Winprint and it is
working. Thanks for steering me in the right direction.
