Default Kyocera C5020N vs PCL

Hi,
I would print with a Kyocera C5020N only in black also colored
documents and about my technician if I use a PCL6 driver i will print
only in b/n.
Is it true?

I'm not quite sure of the question, but a colour laser like that can be
told to print colour documents in black and white only.
