Default International Language Support - Baltic Language Support

Are Windows Baltic Symbol Set in PCL 5 for printers and Windows Code
Page 1257 the same?

I'm entering and displaying data in an application under Windows Code
Page 1257. I want to make sure the data I print is the same. Therefore
if I print Decimal 198 (Hex C6) I want it to print a LATIN CAPITAL
LETTER E WITH OGONEK. Therefore will Decimal 198 print this letter
when Symbol Set Windows Baltic is used.? Will all other characters
also match up?
