HP Deskjet 5150

My brother brought this printer home from his job and it did not have any
software. I went to HP website and found the model and where I can download
the driver. There's only one thing, you no longer download it off the thier
website. I'm wondering if anyone has this same model just sitting in a
corner not being used. If so I would consider in buying the CD driver or
the whole printer. Maybe you know what drivers are compatible with this
model (HP Deskjet 5150). If so, please let me know. I really would like to
get this printer up and running.

Just a suggestion....I Googled HP 5150 Driver Download and got a bunch of
hits including this one

Which operating system are you using? If later than Windows 98 the drivers
are available at
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/s...&lang=en&cc=us

If you are using Windows 98 the drivers for the Deskjet 5550, 990, 970 or
(maybe) 850 should work with this printer.
