HP 1400 series

Hi: The following problem occurred suddenly

I am now receiving an "E" and blinking cart light. Computer screen indicates
"Cart incorrectly installed".

I have changed both carts, and followed all HP troubleshooting advice. No
luck.

Dead printer ??
