Default Hole for waste chamber, HP 7115 toner

Does anyone know where to make the hole to drain the waste chamber on a
HP 7115 toner cartridge?

The waste chamber is ribbed in this and most cartridges. That means that if you
drill a hole you will find it difficult to get all of the waste toner out.
You can easily dissasemble the cartridge using a drift (not a tapered one),
with the drift drive in the two toner cartridge pins (you can see them at each
end of the cartridge, they are stainless steel and you will see what size drift
you need). Drift them into the cartridge, a reasonable amount of force is
required. Once they are pushed right in you can separate the two parts of the
cartridge and remove the Primary Charge Roller and the wiper blade exposing the
waste hopper. Recover the pins and use them to reassemble the cartridge when
you have done your work.

BTW
Don't remove the drum until you have drifted the pins. Otherwise you will have
toner spillage. So separate the cartridge halves then remove the drum.

Thanks for that info but I don't need to get ALL the waste toner out,
and would prefer not to disassemble the cartridge as that looks to be
beyond my level of knowledge. On two other HP cartridge models I have
used a drilled (melted) hole to empty the waste chamber, and it worked
just fine. I got a lot of toner out. So can you tell me where to drill
a hole to empty the waste chamber on the 7115?
