Error writing to DOT4_001 port.

Hi,

I am getting the error " Error writing to DOT4_001. One of the library
files needed to run this application cannot be found" . Can any of u
guys suggest what can be the missing library files or rather what r
the essential files for giving DOT4 support for a printer ?? Plz help
me in this matter.
