Epson Stylus Photo RX425 scanner networking problems :(

Hi all, does anyone know where I can find the scanner settings in the
Smart panel software for this printer. I have recently networked the
printer via a print server and now it prints but cannot find the
scanner. I see this is because it is not set to the correct scanner in
the smart panel but the right one does not appear. I have
troubleshooted it and I beleive I need to add the scanners IP address
throught the scanner settings but I can't find them and the
troubleshooter doesn't tell you where they are! lol (Typical eh?).
