Just went to use my R380 to print some CDs tonight for the first time in a
while. The printer is working fine doing letters and photos, but I'm having a
problem printing CD's. The CD is in the tray, the arrows are lined up, I had
pressed the lever, yet the software is telling me no disk is inserted, as is the
display on the printer itself. I've printed CD's before with no problem. Any
idea what could be going on? Thanks.
The CD tray can be finicky. Make sure it is properly positioned and
inserted fully. It can be a subtle difference between correct position
and not working.
