A friend of mine as bought an Epson R265 and is struggling to achieve
print quality. I have an Epson R220 and have suggested that the settings
for quality are in the same place, under COPIES and PAGES. Does any one
know if this is correct?
Thanks to you all

I have an R265. The quality opions are shown in the main properties
window (right click tray icon/Printer Settings or click on properties
when printer window opens from an application). Is that what you meant?

The settings advice was fine. Can you print 'black only' on the 265?
Cheers

Good question. I've had a look and, at first, could not find such a
selection. However, I eventually found it. From the properties window,
Main tab, click on the advanced button (bottom right). Then select
grayscale (bottom-ish left). It will then print in black only.
