I would think you can repair the installation from the same source where
you originally got that part of the software from (such as the CD that
came with the printer).
If you are working in Windows (it would help to know which OS - Win98,
W2K, XP, Vista, etc), try looking in the start/programs menu under the
Epson program folder for an installer file to run. If that doesn't
exist, check in your control panel for an add/remove programs icon and
see if you Epson drivers are listed in that, if you can repair or
reinstall parts, the software Epson provided on your system will ask you
when you try to remove the software if you wish to remove, or repair or
upgrade it, select "repair" and run it. You will need the original
source for the Quick Launch software (like the CD, or a downloaded file)
so it can be found and reinstalled.
If that doesn't isn't an option, you may need to remove the whole
printer driver and reinstall it.

Solved my problem by re-installing the latest printer driver for that printer. It
automatically puts an icon in my Quick Launch, so that solves my problem.
Thanks for your help,
