Epson 9000/9500 Firmware

I am in disparate need of the firmware for the Epson 9000 and 9500. i
just replaced the main board on this machine and nobody seems to have
the firmware files available. It won't work until i can get my grubby
little hands the firmware. I don't need the PC flash card, just the
files. Thanks much!
