Default Canon Printhead Fix

I found this web site that sell a Canon printhead repair kit. Worked
perfectly for my printer and it was only $9.99.

Check it out:

What was in the kit? I received an inkcessories email about it. From what
I could see it had a cleaning solution and some items to use with the
cleaning solution. I'd be interested in what is in the kit and what
instructions it came with.

this is nothing new, a number of ink sellers have been offering the same
thing for years.

Burt, did you buy your replacement PH from these guys? If so how
satisfied with their service?

I purchased a replacement for my printer from them on the 5th and still
haven't received. Wrote them on the 14th and received a replay on the
15th saying it was shipped. They gave a tracking number and did some
checking and it looks like USPS was notified to pick up on the 13th.
From the 5th to the 13th seems pretty slow to me especially when they
said they had 100's in stock.

Mickey - my service was fine. I don't recall exactly how long they took,
but it wasn't a week from phone call to shipping date. I had it in less
than a week as I recall. The printhead was as advertised - new, factory
sealed package. It worked great.

Thanks for the reply. Wife bought something on-line 5-6 days after I
made the PH purchase. She's received her purchase which came full way
across the country. I'm up the coast from these guys and so far
nothing. Keep checking the mail box daily.

I'm not a big user of Pay-Pal but I'm wondering if they are part of the
problem. As I said I made the purchase on the 5th but Pay-Pal said
financial transaction took placed on the 8th. Maybe that 3 day delay
plays a part in the time line.
