Default Q9450 delays

Does anyone have any idea when the Q9450s are likely to hit the UK in
anything like decent quantities, so that end consumers can get them?

I've trawled the web so many times, but never really find anything
conclusive. It's interesting to note that the Extreme version of this chip
is out, as is the 6MB cache version. Are Intel just creaming as much as they
can from the top end before going mainstream? Is this an indication of just
how good the chip is? Or are there more serious problems?

Cheers

Well, my Q9450 finally arrived today. It works fine, and is running at
3.2GHz using stock cooler at the moment. Strangely, though, the retail box
had been opened and resealed with what looks like another Intel sticker.

On the box label where the hologram is, it says "VERSION #: E34934-001 1.25V
max", where as the sticker used to reseal says:

"E34793 CPI-Q9450 Warranty May Be Void If Removed".

Strange. Anyone got any idea what the "E-numbers" mean in this instance?

Cheers
