Is Arctic Silver 5 better over Intel stuff?

Arctic Silver 5 isn't really any better than most thermal compounds.
However, the skill with which thermal compound is applied can make a big
difference. Also, making sure the surfaces of the CPU integral heat
spreader and the heat sink are smooth, flat, parallel, and clean.
