Nvidia Quadro and LCD TV

We just purchased a Polaroid 40" LCD TV for our conference room. I put
together a tower pc from parts and it has an NVIDIA Quadro 1000 AGP card in
it. The LCD display says that the resolution is 1366x768 (has an info button
on the remote that displays the current configuration). I have a DVI to VGA
dongle on the back of the Quadro and the VGA plugged into the VGA port on
the LCD. Here is the problem. When I try to set the resolution on the video
card to match the native resolution on the LCD, I get an error message on
the LCD that says No Signal. So I have to set the resolution on the video
card as 1360x768 instead of 1366x768. And again, when I set the resolution
on the card as 1360x768, the information on the LCD states that it is
1366x768 instead. The refresh rate is 60. So is the card the problem
possibly? Or maybe I should get a DVI to HDMI cable to get the correct
resolution on the video card? The monitors resolution looks okay (but some
of the text in certain areas looks kind of fuzzy to me). And when I reboot
the machine, the desktop looks terrible. It is all ghosted and has multiple
overlays. I have to unplug the LCD and plug it back in to clear it up.

Nevermind. Went over the Greenbutton and did some research. If I am reading
it correctly, video cards can only do 1360 or 1368 (8bit) and not 1366. So
there is slight overscan if I am understanding it correctly.
